What I liked

I didn't get treated like an average intern. I could tell my opinions and ideas were very valued. They also have a very laid back work environment.

What I wish was different

They have a hands-off management style which can be a little stressful with little work experience coming in as an intern.

Advice

Make sure to be open-minded and willing to be flexible in different work environments and teams.
