sales team and management were kind and helpful all along the way. The commission pay can be very good if you put the work in and they offer lots of bonuses and team events for motivation.
What I wish was different
The work itself was difficult and there is a lot of driving to different destinations.

Your sales skills will improve, just push through and use the tactics taught by the management.
