The people on my team were extremely supportive and welcoming when I joined. The environment of movie production felt extremely exciting and being a technical role in that felt fullfilling.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been exposed more to how Media Systems engineers support different teams on the production pipeline.
Advice
Be prepared to take in a lot of information and get used to seeing the pace at which production moves at a company like this.
