I really liked being a full time nanny. I liked that I was able to stay with the kids and pretty much do my own thing, because when the parents are around, it is a little intimidating.
What I wish was different
Nothing, I think it was pretty good.
Advice
I would say that if you are a full time nanny, definitely be patient. There were times when the baby was so restless, but I had to endure and keep calm because you get nothing out of being mean.

I just loved that I got more experience to build up my confidence in myself! It easy to sit in a classroom and think okay ya, I can do that. But now that I have some experience under my belt, I feel a lot more confident in myself.

It would have been nice to receive a little bit more money.

Don't be afraid to get close with your boss if it's appropriate! It made my job so much more fun and rewarding to become friends with her.
