I gained valuable experience working with a startup. I work as an e-commerce/marketing intern and I had to work on a lot of projects on my own which was difficult at first but I learned various skills such as market research and effective marketing communication.
What I wish was different
I wish the orgnaizaiton was a bit more organized and had more guidelines to follow.
Advice
Make sure you communicate clearly with your manager in order to produce the best outcome.
