What I liked
The team and the organization culture is what I enjoy the most about my internship. Despite it being a remote due to COVID-19, the team fosters a great environment to work and learn in. I have had the opportunity to the assist with a variety of projects that I felt had a positive impact on social issues, especially relevant to the Indian-American community. Through these opportunities I was able to engage with prominent members of the Indian-American community and learn about their work in a variety of fields including, public health, journalism, and philanthropy.
