Established in 1988, IPT is owned by three practicing physical therapists and operates
20 outpatient orthopedic clinics in Indiana. Locations include seven in Fort Wayne, and
one each in Angola, Auburn, Bluffton, Camby, Columbia City, Decatur, Elkhart,
Goshen, Huntington, Indianapolis, Kendallville, Mishawaka, New Haven, and Warsaw.
Our Industrial Services and Athletic Training divisions also provide therapy
and service options.
