I worked M-F 8-5, so it was nice to have a schedule. I also enjoyed just being in the lab and applying what I’ve learned to a professional setting.
What I wish was different
I wish my role had been more important. I was forgotten at points.
Advice
Stand up for what you’ve learned and be confident in your abilities as a scientist. I was used as a kind of secretary at points, and it wad frustrating.
