Being able to learn how to put up drywall and in general the experience of getting to know people.

Nothing, I feel like it was just as I expected it would be.

Advice

If you are planning to do this type of work for a while, take care of yourself as much as posible. Wear glasses, masks, gloves and anything that can protect you. Your body will eventually feel the wear and tear if you dont.

Pay, and the management. Not having to be an independent contractor because then you have to keep track of your own taxes.

It's a grueling job, but very lucrative, so be prepared to get your hands dirty and torn up
