What I liked
The work atmosphere is great because everyone welcomes you in as a friend, the hours are very flexible for students, and the pay isn’t too bad considering it’s fast food and you don’t have a degree.
What I wish was different
An earlier attitude adjustment on my part.
Advice
Just understand that sometimes you’re going to stay over a little later than expected because of business and that people aren’t perfect so things aren’t always going to go as you want them to.

What I liked
I liked almost everything! Pay, scheduling, management, atmosphere, coworkers. It was all pretty great!
What I wish was different
Just that the managers would show more interest in the progression of all the associates.
Advice
As with anything, make the best of it; realize that everyone makes mistakes and that they're typically doing the best they can with what they've got. You may leave late from work sometimes because of some circumstances, but it's not intentional.

February 2016 • Santee, CA
What I liked
The flexibility with school and the ability to work up to 30 hours and make above minimum wage.
What I wish was different
Very fast-paced and can seem daunting when you are first hired. Training is something that the company has been very recently emphasizing.
Advice
This is a great job for anyone looking to work while in school and wants to make above minimum wage. You are introduced to the service industry specifically customer service, along with a big business model. INO is not a franchise and is still family-owned. It is super educational to see how for over 70 years they have not only maintained, but grown a business from just one store in Baldwin Park, Ca to over 300 stores in 7 states. There is a lot you can learn also about how to work well under pressure and time management.
