What I liked

I like the competitive pay and the staffing of the community I work in. With this being my first job as a CNA, I’ve been told that this was a great place to start. The ratios tend to be way better than other communities at 8 patients per care partner and if we are fully staffed, there is also a float that makes the day go by so much smoother

What I wish was different

I think everyone wishes their place of employment would be fully staffed, especially in the healthcare field.

Advice

Once piece of advice I would give is to not over work yourself and burn out. It can be tempting with the bonuses and sometimes they are worth it but you have to remember to take care of yourself and don’t do two doubles back to back
