I was able to dive in and work on real projects. Gained helpful experience on engineering software, office skills, and field work. Feedback was well constructed and allowed me to learn and grow as an engineer.

Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for advice. I learned a lot about the company, but also learned about engineering in the real world. I received feedback on grad school, the FE, PE, and SE test, and what makes a good engineer.
