I like how we had as a group daily huddle meetings to discuss what we were doing for the day which made us more interactive and support each other.

What I wish was different

Maybe the company building to be closer to where I live so that I can work in person once a week.

Advice

Be more interactive and attend all the meetings when you're in a remote position.
