What I liked

Working with kids is the most rewarding experience. You get to teach and learn and grow and have fun. The field trips are also amazing.

What I wish was different

I wish the lessons were a little more interesting or maybe we had a little more training and supplies.

Advice

I recommend not working 40 hours a week. Everyone seems to get burnt out at about 35.
