I enjoyed the team aspect of the job. We helped each other succeed. Dave, one of the owners, was very hands on and motivated us everyday.
What I wish was different
I wish I could of have had a bit more time to meet and talk with other people in the company. Everyone has a different story and offers different advise.

Be open minded and papered to meet a lot of new people.
