What I liked

I love working at this company because of the people I have met and get to work with.

What I wish was different

I wouldn't change anything because I am still working here. Every single one of my co-workers want to see me succeed in every aspect of my life.

Advice

I would say take every opportunity you can take while in college because you never know what doors can open for you.

What I liked

I loved the people I met at IFS, they were so kind and worked very hard to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing before sending me on my way to do a task.

What I wish was different

I wish I would've done more work within my major instead of just general business things. But, that was mostly my fault because I never asked for other opportunities.

Advice

You will be taught things, don't not go for things because you don't think you're qualified. I just completed my sophomore year and only completed one year of business classes (because of a major change), so I didn't feel too qualified for this internship. But I somehow got the job out of 100+ applicants. Employers are looking for a friendly person, regardless of your knowledge because they can teach someone how to do things at a company, but it's harder to teach someone friendliness and optimism. :)
