I thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on learning style, where I was encouraged to take risks and try new strategies for setting up meetings and meeting with clients. The culture at ifm is unparalleled, and you're sure to feel like a part of the team within just a few days!
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time there; sales is a very intricate profession and something that must be developed with time.
Advice
To have fun, go in with a learner's mindset, and don't be afraid to fail!

Don’t be upset when you have to go to work. You’re going to come out with more money and experiences you went in with.
