I like that we are doing something new everyday that requires me to learn and utilize a wide variety of skills. Also there is no busy work.

What I wish was different

Nothing.

Advice

I believe I got in because of my computer science minor. Get a diverse skill set on your resume and become as comfortable with coding as you can, because it is such a valuable skill.

Get the experience. After working this job, I have a fixed determination that I want to be an Electrical Engineer. This process has helped me make a final decision in regard to my career.

What I liked

Great opportunity to gain A LOT of knowledge about Marketing, Business administration, Communication, Customer relationships, and much more. I was given the opportunity to "write the book" on social to customer response and resources and that can be applied almost everywhere.

What I wish was different

Nothing really, It's a great place to be!

Be proactive, find ways to improve the situations and problems you are faced with. Learn from those experiences and find a sustainable solution as to avoid or address the issue quickly in the future. Maintain a positive attitude.

What I liked

Design freedom, learning from experienced designers, learning the whole product development process.

What I wish was different

It was difficult to figure out my exact role as well as other people's role in my experience, so I wish I would have made an effort to figure that out sooner.

Advice

Internships are supposed to be a little frustrating and overwhelming, so I would advise students to go into an internship with those expectations and also with the decision to just have fun with it from the start.
