Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy is an employer that genuinely cares about their staff and their patients. I was hired during pandemic times and I was very pleased with how sensitive and accommodating they were to the needs of staff and their patients. The team is friendly and offers a lot of development opportunities in patient care and customer service.
What I wish was different
There were many staff transitions in the time I was hired as everyone was returning to full function after a few challenging years. However, I believe they developed a strong team quickly.
Advice
Don't be afraid to vocalize any ideas, concerns, or goals you may have to the leadership team. They are willing to assist you. Be genuine and careful to detail and you will succeed.
