The school has a great community of teachers. Each person has each others backs and you can see that people in the Music Department loves what they do. There is a sufficient amount of meetings to attend that makes everyone in the know about things.
What I wish was different
Not much.
Advice
Prepare for the day in advance and be confident in yourself. If you stress over mistakes you make, students will see that and lose trust. Admit mistakes and use the time you have to prepare to do better next time.
