What I liked

I loved the company culture of ICON. Everyone was so supportive and wanted to see you develop and grow. I would describe ICON's relationship to employees as empowering. They made me feel confident that I could go on and be successful in any career I choose.

What I wish was different

I wish there could have been more face-to-face interactions. Maybe in the future, set something up for the people local to the same areas. For example, there were a good amount of us in North Carolina, it would have been awesome to do a group gathering at the Raleigh office.

Advice

Take notes every chance you get! I filled an entire notebook of notes that I took during ICON trainings and other resources provided to me. I know I will reference these throughout my entire career.

What I liked

I love the work culture and environment. My manager cares about my work and how well I perform my tasks. This way I gained a lot of knowledge about database administration and made new friends as well!
