What I liked
The people, both full-time employees and other interns, were always willing to help and guide me in regards to projects, directions, career development, and any other ask.
I was also given meaningful projects that contributed to the department I worked under, and was given agency to make these projects my own. I was never looked down upon for being an intern; I was challenged to learn and deliver on work that seemed out of my experience, and in turn was able to grow as a professional in this field.
