What I liked
I liked working in the DD (developmental disability) field and having a direct impact on individuals everyday.
What I wish was different
Sometimes, communication between my supervisor and I would not be clear and that would affect productivity.
Advice
This is a good company that I still work at seasonally with good hours and decent pay.
