What I liked

The days I can work are flexible to do with my school schedule and that the staff are very helpful in showing me how the school database system works. It's a part-time job, so the hours are shorter also and don't feel to overburdened to stay.

What I wish was different

With such leniency on days to work and short hours, I wish they could have granted me an extra day or two to come in, given that any papers leftover for the following day can really pile up rapidly for the next date. I do wish they could showed me things around the office to save some time when students occasionally pop in requesting things from the office I normally don't handle with.

Advice

Be as fast-paced as you can on homework grading. Due to work hours being generally short, they expect you to be able to finish grading a large quantity of homework within the interval; answer accuracy does not have to be 100% correct.
