Small firm that gives a lot of hands on experience with many different portions of the civil engineering field.

What I wish was different

Not too much, occasionally where given more busy work but that was more to strengthen skills than just do something just to do something.

Advice

Do not be afraid to ask questions and step out of you comfort zone.
