I loved my coworkers and getting to work with customers to best satisfy their needs. I also enjoyed the pace of the work and the mutual respect and understanding that the crew had for each other.
What I wish was different
Sexual harassment was a problem with certain employees (who eventually were fired). I also had to work overtime almost every week because we were so short-staffed.
Advice
Speaking up for yourself and taking a leadership role is crucial to your success here, but if you are able to do so, the experience can be really rewarding.

The schedule wasn’t very good but it was livable with.

It’s a great summer job if you have a car and are 18 at least.
