Humane Indiana's Wildlife Rehabilitation Center is the only rehabilitation center located in NW Indiana that admits injured and orphaned native mammals, reptiles, and migratory birds. We cover Lake, Porter, LaPorte and surrounding counties for wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. Join our growing team of wildlife volunteers that assist in wildlife rescue and first response, daily wildlife care, and event fundraising. We offer wildlife rehabilitation internships for college students, which provides hands on training in many aspects of caring for native wildlife.
