What I liked
What I appreciate about working at Huhtamaki is the supportive and patient nature of the team. They consistently take the time to explain concepts thoroughly when I need to learn something new. I have been given projects that encourage innovative thinking and allow me to enhance my 3D modeling skills. The inclusion I feel, even in minor roles, is significant. Additionally, being able to shadow team members during major projects and having my input valued has been a rewarding experience.
