I liked that I had my own office with dual monitors, a printer, and scanner, and 2 adjustable desks. There was also free lunch on Fridays. I also enjoyed the quality of feedback I received on things I'd missed/done incorrectly, as well as the ability to ask a question at any time.
What I wish was different
One of the challenges with a small business is that there aren't many networking opportunities, which is something I would've liked to see more of.
Advice
Take notes when you get stuff wrong so that you don't ask the same things multiple times.

What I liked
Small firm with a relaxed and hard-working team. Lots of meaningful feedback was given!
What I wish was different
The hourly wage wasn't as high as some firms and checks are cut just once a month. However, only a 10-minute drive from OSU made up a lot!
Advice
Working with a small group was great for me and I feel I learned a lot! If you don't have a lot of work experience this would be a great place to start building confidence.
