Ask them if they honestly think you have enough experience to work there. Hubspot is NOT for inexperienced or young people. You will not get the growth you want and they will not help you. Make sure they genuinely think you are a good match. Don't try to match their culture or you won't last long...
Very fast paced and results driven. If you aren't a culture fit you will hate it there. You must be very proactive and only extroverts seem to do well here.
