The small start-up vibe was really interesting. Working in a company with only 5 people was an amazing opportunity to not only network but also to genuinely meet people who care about their job. The fact that it was so small also gave me a chance to work in all areas of the startup. It was super cool to work at a place that I know will change the culture of Houston for years to come.
What I wish was different
Honestly, I wish I had gotten to be more hands on with the architecture side, but since it was partially outsourced it wasn't really an option.
Advice
I think this is an internship better suited towards freshman than sophomores, as a lot of what you learn/gain from this experience are skills that would best suit you then!
