I enjoyed assisting clients by informing them of their rights as landlords and tenants. The staff were very welcoming and diverse. Each client presented a new challenge and I had the opportunity to assist them with their concerns.
What I wish was different
I wish it would have been paid.
Advice
Be prepared to make the financial sacrifice of working without pay and paying for parking. Many clients will have needs beyond your abilities but simply being kind will help them.
