What I liked

I liked working in a boutique hotel environment with great staff and interesting guests.

What I wish was different

I think management could have been better and staff turnover less frequent. Understaffing was also a problem.

Advice

Study labor laws and practices and insist on making everything in writing. I had many issues because management did not originally want to define my status. Definition happened only because the Intercontinental Group jumped in by coincidence. (The hotel is a brand of Intercontinental.)
