What I wish was different
I wish the Center Manager would be more professional, and act in a way of a center manager. This center manager had their favorites, and made sure that if they did or did not want a kid they would get it. The center manager also would tell people to go home after only being 15 minutes into the shift because there is no kid to look after. This was very unfair. I end up resigning because of the center manger. The center manager informed me that I would be laid off due to my availability, and I did not complain and I understood. I did not see the center manager until my final day due to me telling everyone why I had to leave. This was not my decision to leave, and I had to leave. The center manager wanted to play it off as I quit voluntarily. I end up resigning because I think it was best for myself that I did not need to put up with these issues.
