Hope Works Community Development is actively building the capacity to design, develop, and deploy critical services to Woodlawn and the South Side of Chicago. The MAP Program seeks to empower individuals to thrive in self-sufficiency and personal dedication. We provide innovative and individualized case management services to help people prepare for, secure and retain employment. We then provide comprehensive life coaching to support our neighbors to achieve their dreams.
