It was a very welcoming environment. I liked that there was an easy training and flexible hours. In addition, having the ability to choose your availability days. Because at the time I had other obligations, such as school.
What I wish was different
Not much. Everything was pretty good and not too demanding. However, dealing with kids can be very stressful.
Advice
When you layout rules try to be as clear as possible, so the afterschool students know what is not acceptable and the consequences that will ensue. You don't want any kids to see anything as unfair.
