I recommend this as a first job. You learn a lot about retail and how to provide excellent customer service. Work schedule is super flexible! Great stepping stone for future career!

I wish they would schedule their employees 8 hour shifts instead of 4.

An advice I have is the job at Hollister is good if you’re trying to earn some pocket cash.

What I liked
I love being able to make a customer feel comfortable while shopping. Making a customer feel that size, shape , and color does't matter as long as they feel great about what they are trying on and buying.
What I wish was different
I wish that I did get more hours when I was home for breaks .
Advice
I would say to really build your confidence. Speak to customers outside of the typical " hey, how's it going?" or " welcome in" because at the end of the day there is more to the customer than just their money.
