I like the staff. You really build a bond with all the seasonal employees and up to most of the directors.
What I wish was different
That upper management would listen to the request of their employees.
Advice
Know that your opinion in a work environment will not always be appreciated. You just have to decide how much you like the job and if you're willing to stay with it.
