The people here are very helpful to a new employee and give the place a great atmosphere.

I wish I had started at a different time as December was full of deadlines, some of which I wasn't aware of
Advice
Don't let fear of seeming incompetent keep you from asking questions about what you are doing. No matter how long you're in a place, asking questions is always better than messing something up.
