I liked that there was a week of orientation that shared the history and mission of Hillside. The organization also puts a lot of trust in the interns and allows you to really learn from experience.
What I wish was different
The one week of orientation was great, but went a little too long. The orientation was a full workday and about a week which was draining.
Advice
This was a great learning experience for those interested in ministry.
