The chill work atmosphere and relaxed approach to work. Business casual every day except Friday, which was more casual. The continuous support from your bosses and coworkers to learning new things. All of the different subjects that I looked into. The possibility to be on a patent.
What I wish was different
I wished I had asked for more things to do when I was getting bored, unfortunately it was a bit of lull for the R&D department since we were in between projects.
Advice
Be willing to learn about just about anything.

The environment, all of the engineers and technicians treat co-ops as their peers and are more than willing to help in any way they can.

I wish there had been more opportunity to learn hands on skills.
Advice
Ask questions! the only way you are going to learn and understand your tasks is if you ask when you may be unclear about your end goal.
