Loved that it felt like I was working for a small, tight-knit company where everyone knew each other, but our product was still a household name. Since the company was smaller, I got a lot of chances to try different things and work with a few different teams that aligned with my interests.

Don't be afraid to ask for something! Everyone is very willing to let you shadow them for an hour or a day. If you are in the marketing department but want to see what sales is like, ask and they will help!
