I liked that it was relaxed and had flexible hours and that it was outside. I also liked that it involved people and kids.
What I wish was different
I wish some of the members there weren't so rude to us but I guess that's life. I also wish that some policies were different because I felt like they were very gender biased.
Advice
It is hard but worth it to get experience working with people, especially dealing with people who are not always the nicest. Wherever you go there will unfortunately be some people you may not get along with or are (for lack of a better word) jerks. It can be frustrating at times but I am glad to have this experience with handling people like this.
