I really like how I got a ton of leadership experience while completing this role. I also love working with kids and coming up with creative ideas so it was the perfect job for me.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've focused a little bit more time in music over the summer.
Advice
don't let it overwhelm you because once you get the hang of things it's such a great and fun experience.

I loved the opportunity to minister to 14 year olds and lead them to become counselors.

You must rely on God in order to make it through this job, physically because there are a lot of added tasks you must complete.
