I loved the people I worked with because they were all very intelligent and encouraging. Everyone wanted me to learn and have a positive experience.

I would say that it's important to listen a lot. Throughout any internship, you are there to learn and gain knowledge and insight from people who have more experience than you. It's important to take advantage of it so that you can get the most out of your experience.
