They treated me like a real engineer. I was given projects and tasks and held to the same standard as a normal engineer. I received plenty of real world experience in the engineering field.
What I wish was different
I wish i could of seen more sides of the other engineering positions at the plant. I learned what a product engineer does but not what a manufacturing, quality, or design engineer does.
Advice
Learn time management skills, and understand it is okay to ask questions.
