It is a set schedule. Also, I do not have to think about work outside of my shift.

It is really hard to receive time off.

What I liked
I loved the culture at HealthEquity. I felt like I could talk to anyone in the company to ask for their help on my projects. I was also given a variety of projects that helped me expand my skills. My boss trusted me to complete the projects however I wanted, so I truly took ownership over everything I did.

Advice
Take advantage of open cultures like HealthEquity's by talking to everyone and creating relationships with coworkers in every department.
