Find the things you like about your job and use them as reasons to want to come to work. Also find the things you don't like about your job and introduce efficient ways to improve them, rather than just "putting up with them." Other people probably agree with you, and would be willing to help if it means it would make them want to be at work. Lastly, be prepared to work with all kinds of people, even those who you might not get along with. try to find things they like and relate to them about it. Not only does it make the workplace more enjoyable for you, but it also promotes a friendly/comfortable environment.
