The flexibility supervisors give when it comes to school. I also liked that I have learned a lot since starting at Rubies.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to work more hours, but school comes first.
Advice
I highly recommend to always prioritize school. An internship really helps you gain experience, but if you fall behind on school its over.

What I liked
The team there was amazing and super helpful! I really felt like I could go to any of my coworkers and ask them questions. I also enjoyed the mentor program.
What I wish was different
I did not feel like I could make much of a difference. It felt very driven on numbers and performance rather than the learning aspect.
Advice
You may not enjoy every day of your internship, but there is a ton to learn from it!
