I was given real work on an ongoing project that I started helping with on my last co-op rotation, and everyone is willing to answer my questions and explain things to me.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been given more of a bigger picture about what Hargrove does as a whole.
Advice
I would recommend summer internships/co-ops to see what a job in the industry looks like so you can decide if you want to follow that career path.

Hargrove offers a very secure, consistent and well-paying job--however, the work can get monotonous.
